Gwamnan Katsina Ya Amince da Fara Rage Kashi 7% daga Albashin Ma'aikatan jiha A Matsayin Fansho

Gwamnan Jihar Katsina, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, PhD, CON, ya amince da fara rage kaso bakwai (7) a cikin ɗari (100) daga albashin ma’aikatan gwamnatin jiha, kananan hukumomi, da hukumomin ilimi na kananan hukumomi a wani rubutu da shafin Zamani Media Crew suka wallafa.

Wannan sabon tsarin dai zai fara aiki daga watan Disamba 2024, bisa tanadin Dokar Fansho ta jiha wadda aka sa ma hannu a shekarar 2022 watau, Katsina State Contributory Defined Benefits Pension Law, 2022 a turance.
Dokar dai ta tanadi cire kaso 7% daga jimillar albashin kowane ma’aikaci a matsayin gudunmowar su ga tsarin fanshon, kamar yadda aka tanada a sassan 4(2) da 6 na dokar.

Wannan mataki ya biyo bayan yarjejeniyar da gwamnatin jiha ta cimmawa tare da ƙungiyoyin ƙwadago na jihar kan sabon tsarin albashi mafi ƙanƙanci na ₦70,000 da Gwamnan ya amince da shi a watan da ya gabata.
Sai dai, dokar ta cire alƙalai daga tsarin, kamar yadda aka fayyace a Sashe na 318 da aka ambata a Sashe na 291 na Kundin Tsarin Mulkin Tarayyar Najeriya na 1999 (wanda aka yi wa gyara).

Alƙalai ba su cikin waɗanda za a rage wa kaso daga albashinsu, bisa tanadin Sashe na 5 na Dokar Fansho ta Katsina.
Shugaban Ma’aikatan gwamnati na Jihar Katsina, ta hannun Babban Sakataren Gudanarwa, Lawal Suleiman Abdullahi, ya umarci dukkan sassa da su fara aiwatar da rage kaso daga albashi tare da aika gudunmuwar zuwa asusun da aka ware don wannan manufa.
An bukaci dukkan masu ruwa da tsaki su bi wannan umarni don tabbatar da nasarar aiwatar da tsarin, wanda ake sa ran zai inganta tsaro na fansho ga ma’aikatan gwamnati a faɗin jihar.
